Salty Chocolate Covered Toffee Crackers

I have been wanting to try these toffee covered crackers since I first saw the recipe floating around Pintrest and then I was reminded of them again on The Everygirl. Since I have been mostly house bound with a terrible cold I thought I would try to make these. They are pretty easy to make and they are a nice combination of sweet, salty and crunchy. However, I think I prefer just regular toffee but this is nice for a change.
