Last night I couldn't fall asleep, so I did what every girl does when they can't sleep, watch "Sex in the City". I forgot how wise Carrie can be. It was that episode where all the Navy men come into the city right after Aidan has broken up with Carrie.
She said something that I just couldn't forget.......
"Our past is like an anchor holding us back and we have to let go of that past/anchor in order for us to be who we were meant to be".
